Blues vs. Rebels Preview:
The Blues vs. Rebels have never play each other so looking at past form between the teams is not possible but we may be able to get an idea of what lies ahead by looking at the Reds recent form at home.
Super Rugby's newcomer the Rebels have played four matches to date with one win. They came very close to winning their second match but experience and some cool heads in the Sharks saved the day. Some wayward passing by the Rebels didn't help matters either.
The Rebels have played one match away from Melbourne and were hammered 38-10. On common they score 17 points but concede 35 points.
While the Rebels have not won away from home the Reds have not lost at home since February last year when the Blues won 18-27. They are enjoying a five match winning streak at home. Last year at home the Reds average winning margin was 9 points.
Pretty much everything points to the Reds winning this match which is probably why
Bookies have given the Rebels a 16 point start for this match - with an offer of Bet 10 and get 20. We don't think it will be that big of a victory for the Reds and anticipate the Reds to win by 10.
