The Titans were beaten on the bell on the road against the Eels last weekend. They failed to adequately defend a bomb and gave up a win that could cost them dearly. It's enough of a struggle as it is for the Titans this year, without that happening. They have only won two of their seven games, and each of those wins came late - against the Raiders and Tigers. The Titans don't have the same zest as they had in the previous two years, and aren't doing enough in attack to put the opposition under pressure. They have a 1-2 record at home this season.

The Roosters only have two wins as well, and are 0-2 away. They made the grand final last season, losing to the Dragons, but this season is turning out to be a struggle. They have had major off-field issues, and their star player, Todd Carney, has been stood down indefinitely while he deals with his issues. They are badly missing the Carney attacking spark that was at the heart of their rise last year. The Roosters are going to have to work harder across the board and cut down on errors if they hope to get a much-needed win here.
